Simmer is a personal recipe discovery app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
You may use Simmer without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in access. We use magic link authentication — no password is stored.
Recipes displayed in Simmer are sourced from Spoonacular's API and third-party recipe websites. We do not claim ownership of recipe content. Recipe titles, ingredients, and instructions are the property of their respective creators and publishers.
Nutritional information, cooking times, and serving sizes are estimates provided by the data source. Simmer makes no guarantees about their accuracy.
Simmer may offer a Pro subscription with additional features. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. All sales are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Simmer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe results will meet your expectations. Use the app at your own discretion — always use good judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simmer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
